Apache Junction Show.

It is difficult at best to do shows back to back.  When one show is a large space, downsizing to half the space requires unloading everything.  It  is difficult to decide what to cut from the inventory to take to the second show.  That has been my dilemma.

What did not make the cut were slabs.  They sell well at this show.  The difficulties came with the spheres.  There are 2 sphere makers in this club, so of course I want to take my new spheres to show off.  But what will sell?  Who knows.....

On the bright side, I did get the laundry finished and some cleaning done around the house.

I have started cutting the real Apache Gold.  It looks like Bruce picked amazing pieces for me to sphere!  The Pyrite is shocking in it's brightness.  No cube yet, but I am hoping to get 2 out of the boulder I am cutting.  I have not taken the other 2 pieces out of the bags to inspect them closely.  I expect they will be of similar quality.  Bruce has a really good eye for what I need.

There are now 3 cubes of Indian Paint Rock cubed, 4 Peruvian Chrysocolla, 2 small Bumble Bee, and 4 Desert Storm Dolomite, all waiting on the table ready to corner. I am falling behind with being gone for so many weekends.  After this show I will be home for 6 weeks!  Looking forward to it.

There might be a side trip for more Healers Gold material.  That would be amazing.
