Back and Busy.

It has been a busy week since we got back from Joshua Tree gem and mineral show.  I still haven't unloaded the truck of inventory, but the trailer is almost cleaned up.  The show was uneventful in that I do not have much $5 and under things to sell.  I did manage to score some amazing purchases.  Indian Paint Rock, Wyoming Black Jade and Tiffany Stone!

The saws have been busy.  I have cubes of Desert Storm, Yukon Jade, Brecciated Mookaite and a new find of Parrot Wing cut.  I hope today to grind corners off of 2 Desert Storms and a chrysocolla and Malachite in Hematite,  Rough grind has started on a Tire Track Jasper (Australia)  and Yukon Jade. There is a second Tire Track and a brecciate Mookaite waiting in the wings.  The new Red Green Blanket Rhyolite from Chile is on 400.  Plus I have mucked out a saw!  It feels good to get the pipeline going again!

What to cut next is always a question!  There is a new Chrysocolla out of Mexico, Apache Gold from Jerome Az, The new material from JT or some of the materials I got in Tucson.......... What to do next?

The next show is not for a month, yippee.  Just before Thanksgiving we will be off to the West Coast Gem and Mineral Show in Costa Mesa, Ca.

Thanks for reading........
