Back In The Groove

I have finally gotten back in the groove after the last show. I finished 4 today and have 4 to polish out of the last group. There are 10 more of the smaller size ready for rounding. All will also be about 2.5 inches in diameter. Can I say this is Alan's favorite size to core? He has had some issues with breaking the teeth off the bits.
Now he has moved on to larger cores. It is like pulling teeth to get hime to do them. I can't even remember what I pulled for him to core.
Tomorrow I will start the day cleaning one of the 24" saws. I had cut Indonesian Marcasite which is just nasty. Once that is completed I will start cutting some of the ton of material I purchased last week. I am super excited to have gotten my hands of "Blue Diamond Lapis" from Graves Mountain GA. Haven't had any in 7 years! Also scored Wild Horse and Apache Gold. Both are harder to come by.
Thrilling times ahead! Thanks for reading.....
