I finally finished some spheres!  It is about time.  The Moonshine Jasper spheres are pretty amazing.  They polish beautifully.  The Hematite in Matrix from Michigan will not be on the website for sale.  I just could not get the colors near what they are when photographing it.  The video is on the website at the bottom of the page.  

I just started the rough grind of the first Carrasite sphere.  This one will go to Steve Schultz, mine owner, if it works out.  It will be a slow grind as the material is very hard.  What you have to do to be able to buy a material........

I have started cutting to cube the Grave Yard Point Pink Lady agate.  This is another hard material.  The saws are not happy.  One of the 24" saws will not cut it at all.  This is the saw that Alan burned out the motor while I was sick.  The new motor just over heats.  UGH!

I have several preforms waiting for hand grinding.  They will have to wait until my energy level is a little higher.  Hopefully this will be soon.
