We are back from Alan's belated birthday weekend in Cayucos.  An amazing long weekend of too much hiking, sun and wine.  

It is sad when some of your favorite establishments have closed.  No more Full Moon Wine Bistro, Pieman and Alan's favorite antique shop.  The persistent closure of Highway 1 north of San Simeon and taken a huge economic toll on the little beach town.  

Tomorrow I will need to buckle down and finish some spheres before getting ready for the West Coast Gem and Mineral Show starting May 18th.  Looking forward to see if I got a spot for the fall show as it is moving to a new location, The Hilton in Costa Mesa.  Less dealer room in the ballrooms and no sales from individual rooms.  Also there will be significant price increases.  This is pretty scary!

I have too many items in the pipeline to list.  Yikes.
