August has been a crazy month,  we have only been home two weeks and that was with out of state company. We are currently in Flagstaff after having set up for a show yesterday.  I

We left LA on Saturday for Prescott.  Over the coarse of two days we looked at 22 homes for sale.  That was exhausting and does not count the one we looked at 3 times.   Wednesday an offer was placed on that particular house while we driving to Flagstaff.  Yesterday we signed the final paperwork after setup.   Now we just need to wait for the multiple inspections to get done.

This is an older house built in the 60’s.  It has had an addition so there is tons of room (almost too much).  What will be my work area is expansive!  It is what would normally be considered the basement, but is actually on the first floor.  I am sure I I will need major electrical updating to handle all my machines.  Because of the age, we will need asbestos testing along with all the usual.

The lot is smaller than we had hoped for.  It is still a quarter acre and is all useable.  There is even a shed I can winter my epi’s In!  It is considered in a flood plan with a seasonal creek.  

Hopefully the third time is a charm and everything works out for this property.
