Dear Apple Genius,

Please be able to do what we could not!  I know our computer was 9 years old.  It has lived a good life and was very user friendly until of late.  The young whipper snapper that we purchased will eventually take the place of the beloved  but now defunct.  I didn't know I needed to repeatedly update the software so that the transition of data from old to new was so important.   Isn't that what that box that was continuously down loading data for?

Please bear in mind that a "Genius" will be able to save my thousand of sphere photos!  I know I was supposed to down load them to your storage site but the amount of memory they would have taken was huge.  Besides, my old computer was supposed to last forever.  You know I have blue jeans older than it was.
