Fist load to Prescott

Yesterrdaay we drove in the pouring rain from Tucson to our friends in Phoenix. Alan left this morning for LA. I drove a load of rock to Prescottt. I am not sure where all this rock is going to go. Most is still in Tucson. Interesting.
We did find another Aussie with some different materials. Alan loves the tire track jasper. I couldn’t believe how heavy the boulder was. I got to unload it today. Ryan loved the sunset jasper. A ditto for me, I don’t see it. At least it wasn’t as big. Then there is the Kamarina. I liked the looks of it but neither Alan or Ryan did.
My largest and also most costly purchases is the Argentinian Blue Calcite and Rhodocrosite. The Blue Calcite from just the shear poundage purchased and the Rhodocrosite because its just that great. I do dislike when dealers I have come to rely on decide to liquidate. Illness and age really suck! I am positive their remaining time on the beach in Uruguay will be amazing. Still, it makes me sad that therre will not be anymore shared bottles of wine over crazy banter.
Tomorrow I head back to LA to find the rest of the things I wil need for the convention center. I would really like to drain 2 saws while I am there. There won’t be a lot of time as we head back to Phoenix to get the trailer on Monday. Starting to feel like I am attached to a car seat permanently.
