Happy Holidays!

It has been a very busy weekend here.  Both boys here with Ryan arriving on Friday.  His persistence ended with us opening presents Saturday morning.  Good thing too.

The rest of Saturday consisted of the 3 guys installing my Everclean system on one of the 24" saws.  What a production.  Need I saw it makes a lot of racket to drill through the steel of a lapidary saw.  We actually got it running today.  What a great xmas present!  Once we are settled in to a permanent place, it will be getting a portable one that I can move to the other 3 saws.

I did get a few spheres finished last week.  I'm pretty stunned that I have finished 22 spheres this month.  That is even with decorating, baking and holiday shopping.  The Parrot Wing Chrysocolla is just down right stunning!

So now we are cutting a large chunk of Silver Lace Onyx and Namibian Fluorite.  They should both work up quickly.  I did finally break down and cube more Dead Camel Jasper.  Yikes, the grind time for that material!

Alan will now confiscate one of the 18" saws for slabs.  Need to get ready  for the AZ shows.  The Flagg show at the Mesa Community College is coming up quickly!

Thanks for reading and again, Happy Holidays!
