I am ready for the holidays!  Decorations are up, shopping is done.  

Friday I prepped all the cookie dough.  Saturday I baked ginger snaps, oatmeal raison, nut butter balls, clove spice, chocolate/butterscotch bars.    I also rolled out and prepped the date pinwheel (was my Mon's special xmas cookies), .

Today I baked the pinwheels, made almond rocha, peanut brittle, and cashew brittle.  I have baked 20 dozen cookies and made 8 batches of candiesI can say I am exhausted.  

Looking forward to getting back in the shop!
