I finally got the Charoite sphere finished to my satisfaction.  What a challenge it was.  It worked up completely different from the others off the same rock.  I think it's large crystalline structure was the difference.  I went back to rough grind 3 different times and in doing so lost approximately one quarter inch off the diameter.  Even so, it is pretty impressive!

I have a few others to photograph and get on the website.  Time just seems to be flying by.  Even with staying home and only socializing with 2 couples, it seems as though we are very busy.  

Coming up will be more Yttrium, a magnetite in jade, a green jade, and a golden amphibolite.  Busy, Busy.
