I forgot!  I really didn't remember what a pain 80 grit is.  I regret undertaking this project of grinding down my polishing cups so I would have more surface area.  Grinding anything with grit is a long tedious process.  If using a hack saw on all that PVC pipe wasn't bad enough.  There is now grit everywhere and I have hardly begun to grind the new cups.

80 grit takes forever!  This is why I only was able to finish 10 spheres a year when I started.  I had forgotten that it could take months just to get a ball round. I have so far gotten to sets beveled.  There are a total of 4 sizes that will be needed for each of 3 polishes, 3 cups to each size.  Only 30 more to go.   

My polishes still have not arrived.  I believe they are on a slow boat from the east coast.  I expect Fed Ex to pull up any day now.  I sure hope I like these new products.
