I'm In Love!

I'm in love with Chariote! This material works like a dream. The colors and patterns are just intense. Unfortunately the cost for the raw material is outrageous.
It has been a very busy weekend. As you can see by the new spheres on the website, almost all of the new spheres are on the small side. Alan has gotten close to his wish, he would like to see 2 inch spheres. It takes almost as long to make a 2.5 inch as it does for a 4 inch. I myself like larger.
In the pipeline are 3 more Succor Creek spheres (share rock), 3 Desert Storm Spheres of various sizes, another Red Lightening Agate Sphere that is a long way out (huge flat spots yet), and a fantasy jasper.
I did manage to grind points off 2 Norwegian Thulite spheres, a Chinese Pietersite sphere and something else (escapes me at the moment).
I finally put a large boulder of Sonora Dendritic Rhyolite in the 24" saw. I am trying to decide which of the varied patterns I like best. Decisions........
Back to work for 3 shifts in the morning. The countdown is on.
Thanks for reading.
