I am utterly shocked at how long this Moroccan Wave Jasper has been grinding.  It is currently on the high speed machine with 60 diamond cups.  I do not think this last little dot will ever go away!  This material had better take a stunning shine or I won't be working any more of it.

Had an interesting trip to the Wolfe compound on Thursday.  It looks like I have been talked into doing The Tucson Gem and Mineral show at the Tucson Civic Center.  This is the club show that happens at the end of all the rest of the  shows.  I will send in my request for an invite.  I seems that Steve has already spoken to the club's dealer chair about me.  We will see if I get in.  Steve and his dad have been pushing me since the West Coast Gem and Mineral Show in May.  

Both Wolfes were happy with the Petrified Palm Wood Spheres I had gotten finished since the Federation show.  I was thrilled they left me with the one that has a bit of the outer rind and eyes.  I was allowed to make the choices of the boulders they wanted me to sphere.  I bought home whale bone, interesting jaspers, biggs, and various other materials.  It will be a slow work in progress.....
