So I signed up for The Pasadena Bead and Design show next weekend.  It is a 4 day show only 30 miles from home.  I am not sure how I will fit.  They called and asked me based on what they saw at the West Coast Gem and Mineral show in May.  They must think I will fit some how........  wish me luck!

This allows me to avoid the Nipomo show the following weekend.  I really have gotten spoiled from doing outside shows.  The dirt level is way too high and the way the temperatures have been I don't expect it would be comfortable.  I will still keep going to the Joshua Tree show only in that I have too many friends there.   

Am working on a small Black Jade with Magnetite currently.  It should end up being about 2.5 inches in diameter.  Unfortunately I didn't take notes when I made Alan's 3 years ago so I am starting from scratch.

The Chariot sphere turned out with an amazing polish.  I think I will have to rework Alan's to improve it. 

Too hot to continue in the garage.  With the wildfire about 30 miles away and no wind I will be staying in the house.  Ash is falling. Hope there is no wind at Vasquez Rocks.  Hope the firefighters stay safe.
