Not Much Accomplished.

This week has been a slow one in the the sphere shop. It seems as though I have a hard time getting in there if I don't start first thing in the morning.
What I have accomplished is large cubes (4") of a Charoite and a magnetite in Jade. Neither large saw was particularly happy in cutting them. I have corners cut off of a Wyoming Jade and am working on a Turkish Stick Agate. All of these will be incredibly long grind times so don't expect to see them any time soon. I will have to go on a hunt for some softer material to keep the high speed machines feed.
In my spare time I have done a little gardening. LOL. Not going too well. My pansys in the front that were loaded with flowers were discovered by the dear. Interesting how they ate all the new growth in the center of the plants. The seeds I planted of a variety of flowers were decimated by a frost. Of the vegetables in the back, the Zucchini is very happy. I think I will be trying to give away lots of them. People probably won't answer their doors. I can see it now..... ding dong ditch with a zucchini left on their door step.
Thanks for reading.....
