That is what I feel like lately, a ping  pong ball.  I come to Prescott for a few days and then zip back to LA for a day and a half.  The whole month has been like that.

The house is slowly coming along.  The kitchen cabinets are partially installed.  The sent some grey colored pieces instead of Maple so now we wait another 5 weeks for the correct ones.  The final measurement has been done for the countertops.  Hopefully they are not ready until the cabinets are here and the appliances.  

The plumber fired us on Thursday.  That was interesting.  I have meet with another for a quote.  Its like pulling teeth.  At least the electrician is great!

The handy man arrives tonight from Ogden Utah.  He is the father of Ryan’s girlfriend and is looking to relocate.  He likes Prescott and will use some of his time checking out properties.  He will start with the yard as it is supposed to be in the 60’s this week.  I need to decide on what I want for baseboards so he can start as soon as the master floor has dried.

The floors do look amazing!  For being original with the house and never have been refinished they are in good shape.  Took to being refinished wonderfully.

Next to get the chicken coop dismantled and a place for the saws and we will be in good shape to bring up the equipment.

Wednesday we head to Tucson for buying.  I have beeen really good for all the times I have driven through Quartzsite!  I am going to try to curb my spending........ like I haven’t said that before.
