Alan and I got to Quartzsite on Saturday. We hit high wind for most of the drive out.  Sucks when you are pulling the trailer. We did get here early enough to hookup with out Joshua Tree connection that had been hauling around my Eudialyte boulder for the last month. That rock is well traveled having been to 4 states in the last month. We had a great dinner with them.  

Sunday was spent picking up all the boulders Ihad previously purchased.  I am so excited to get working on them.  It won't happen for a month:-(.       

Today begins set up for the Pow Wow.  Lots of tents and tables to move. Everything needs to be battened down.  This area can have some of the highest winds I have ever seen.  Hopefully the weather will be delightful.  

As always I am a little nervous about doing a new show.  I did not bring all the inventory as I wasn't sure how much space I would have. I do have lots of slabs.  They are easy to clean when I get home.

The sun is just starting to come up in the desert.  It looks to be a beautiful one.    Thanks for reading.......
