Set-Up Day

This afternoon is set-up for the Monrovia Rock and Gem Show at the LA County Arboretum. this is the loveliest place to have a show at. The peacocks do drive me a little bit crazy, but that is a whole different story. The weather looks like it will be amazing too.
I think I am going to have to take a break from all these "rock hard" rocks. That darn Dead Camel Jasper is still not round! The Carrisite just might be disappointing. Will have to really look at the soft spot that has formed and try to figure out if it is going to get bigger. I have started rounding an Australian Crazy Lace. It looks promising.
The saws were singing yesterday. Working on cubes of Indio Gabbro and Noble Serpentine. I think I will start another Norwegian Thulite next.
Corners are coming off another Australian Crazy Lace. My, I don't remember what is in the second 18".
There is Baryte and a small Lapis Lace waiting for a turn on the slow machine to get them started off.
Thanks for reading.....
