Slow Go

Today will be a very long day. We didn’t set up anything but open the tents and tie them down yesterday.  The wind was just not conducive to doing much more than that. Alan left for home at 4:30 this morning and IS STILL SITTING IN TRAFFIC AT 7 am.

What we were able to accomplish is picking up cutting oil and a stop to look at Magnetite in jade rough.

Not only did we pick out 4 of the best pieces, also a 400# piece of silver lace onyx.   The real steal is a50# piece of Nipomo Marcasite,  so thrilled with this find, money was not an option.  I don’t know if I will ever cut it, but wow is it beautiful!   The plumes that show on the one face are an inch Long!

So I have unset Alan.  He wants me to buy more equipment, but I figure you have to take the opportunities when they present themselves.

Thanks for reading........
