Once again it has been awhile since I have been on here.  I now have answers.  I have Essential Thrombocytopenia.  It turns out after much blood work that I have a mutated gene that has kicked my bone marrow into overdrive to produce platelets.  I am now on a med that has made me extremely tired, some hair lose and nausea.  I am playing with timing hoping to improve those.  

I am hopefully going to return to my normal self soon!
