Staying Focused.

I actually accomplished something over the last 2 days! Not only did I finish 6 spheres, but also did all the blanks for 8 more. Today I will hand grind 3 - 4 and hopefully be able to complete a few more. I is refreshing when every step goes as planned and you don't have to back track.
The Tiffany Stone that is on the high speed machine looks really solid. It is an attractive combination of the purples and patterns that i like. The one that is grinding to round also looks like it will work up well.
There are 2 more hematites that are almost round. One looks like it will hold up, the second does not. The marcasite doesn't look to have large plumes, but I have been fooled before with this material. I am going to see if I can work a very small Copper Rose. Hmmmm.
About the smaller spheres....... Either I just need to practice working them, or they are a bugger. I have never had such difficulties keeping a material round as these. I am talking the 2 inch ones. I certainly will only do this size for expensive materials. Time takes just as long as for larger spheres.
Thanks for reading.......
