The Wind Can Stop Any Time Now!

We have been having some wild winds. Yesterday they were sustained at 28 MPH. Huge wind gusts that should have taken the neighbors White Ash Tree. There were street closures due to branches and palm fronds blocking the road. Needless to say I did not spend much time at the saws.
Still I have to Blood Stone Jaspers having their points being cut. Still haven't gotten the first one on a machine yet, but will have 2 to follow. I am in love with the green of this material.
I am working to square up another piece of Sonoran Chrysocolla. Cutting slabs still to get beyond the outside fractures.
Then there is the Oregon Picture Jasper....... The 24" saw does not like it at all. I am still just trying to get it into manageable sized pieces. It keeps overheating the motor. :-(
I have bumped up a Pinolith sphere and a Desert Storm sphere ahead of the hard of the hardest materials I have working. The Pinolith gave me issues with undercutting on the polish stage so back to the beginning it went this morning. The Desert Storm has one more flat spot to go.
Sitting on a ledge is a Moroccan Wave Jasper, Blood Stone, Shattuckite , Carrisite and a Squirrel Tail Stromatolite just waiting for a machine. It sucks having a sphere machine down.
Thanks for reading.......
