Today starts the organization for packing for the West show next weekend.  It shall be interesting in that once again they have changed the dates of the show.  I wonder how many people showed up this weekend past expecting it.  I have not seen much for advertising.  Hmmm......

I have gone through the slabs I am taking.  They all now have their little info cards.  They help tremendously when busy so we don't have to write down the rock's info.  Alan and Ryan scoffed at me when I started it.

I have gone through the old stock of slabs we have moved.  Back in the day, we slabbed everything we got.  I had most sorted by type but not necessarily from where it came from.   Hope the cabers show up!

There will also be slabs of the most recent material we have cut.  Tire track, Red Green Blanket Rhyolite, and purple sagenite included.

Today I will decide what spheres will go.  I now inventory what I am taking after the theft last year.  It also allows me to make sure I have the information tags along.  Some how they seem to disappear.  

All in all, it will be a busy 2 days to get everything together before the rain starts on Wednesday.
