Tomorrow we leave for the Joshua Tree show.  I am normally so organized.  Not this time.

I never got around to deciding which spheres to take.  Yesterday Alan and I pulled 15 boxes unopened from the closet.  I have no idea what I will be setting up.

This morning I loaded up the truck.  Had everything tied down.  Decided to run 2 errands.  No biggy.   After my second stop, I got in the truck and nothing!  called for a jump and 30 minutes later I was on my way to a 45 minute recharge the battery drive.

30 minutes after I got home, thought I would just make sure it would start.  Nope!  Called Alan and we tried to jump it. Nope!  Once again I am on the phone, this time for a tow.  Now the truck is a beast and requires a big boy tow truck.  After 30 minutes, one was ordered.

Not knowing for sure what is wrong, I now am unloading the truck.  Being a diesel, the thing is never a quick fix.  2 hours later the tow truck shows up and off we go to the Ford dealer.   3 hours later it is ready after 2 new batteries installed. 

It is now again loaded up in the drive ready for its big trip tomorrow.  Can I say I am not!
